Their burst is op…
It’s not up to the tanks, up to the rogues / hunters / mages to control that threat. Skittish is the laziest designed affix there is.
On my bear, when i push keys I always try to have a hunter or rogue for extra threat
They should be waiting a couple seconds before going off, and thats what invisible is for. Or mirror images

taunt the target he/she is focus casting on. Shouldn’t be able to pull more than 1-2 guys off you so just cycle targets.
I personally love skittish weeks cause it gives me a run for my money to keep aggro from my group. Turns into a game where they try to get aggro and ask whats going on.
You could wait 10 seconds but as soon as you hit 3 back to back 80k ice lances or 1 200k GS then skittish goes, nope im going after THAT guy. 5 minute invis, 2 minute worthless mirror images.
You get tricks/misdirect or you let the mage figure it out himeself.
Whenevr I pull aggro on skittish (because I dont care and push dmg asap) I just kite the mobs until the tank can pick them back up, or IB if things get hairy. Its really up to the DPS to watch it. And just spam taunts and aoe
Not your fault if they go balls to the wall and don’t ice block or invis when they pull threat
