my hunter is level 56 and i have no idea how to start the path to getting this quest. im neutral with admirality and i know there should be a quest to start me in the kul tiras areas somewhere but i dont know what quest will start me on this path! please help

I wanna say the quest path starts in the harbormasters office, at the map behind Taelia Fordragon.
You need to run the story for all the zones.
To change forum avatar, click the current avatar showing at the top right of your screen and select change character.
taelia is not therem there are no npc in the harbormasters office. i started a quest with earthen guardian and it directed me to silithus so im trying that. its the only relevent quest i can find it was an orange quest marker.
im fairly sure i found it. thank you for your help!
Just so you know, when you come to the dungeon quests, 4 if I remember. You can skip them by taking the quest and then talking to the quest giver again and there should be a line of dialogue about you trusting them to take care of it for you. That will complete the quests.
