trying to get to outland WOD edition. but when i teleport to shatterath it is in BC Edition. i’ve tried to be in WOD Timewalking and even went through the portal in Blasted lands but that took me to Draenor.
Make sure you’re in the correct version of the blasted lands.
There’s an NPC by the entrance to the zone that will swap between them for you.
Take the Portal Room portal for Warspear or Stormshield

Draenor is the WoD form of outland , more specifically it’s outland before it was blown apart by magic.

You will know you are in the right version if you are given a bunch of quests at the steps of the portal to release Gul’dan , Cho’gall and 1 other I can’t remember from some spells.
You do have to kill 1 mob to get the quest going for the 3 stuck in spells to be released. Been a while since I last did it. But there will for sure be a huge army at the portal with lots of fighting going on.

You can skip it. If you have the quest to meet Khadgar at the Dark Portal, go to the portal (make sure the Iron Horde are there), drop the quest, DO NOT talk to Khadgar, then enter the portal.

Yeah, that’s the janky bad coding skip.
You can also head over to Timeless Isle in Pandaria, swim to the underwater cave, sit in front of the campfire and then interact with it and it will teleport you to WoD Draenor.

Yeah that intro line is great the first few times then it gets tedious and boring to repeat it.

As an Alliance you want the portal to Stormshield, as Horde you want the portal to Warspear.
If the portals won’t work you may need to activate WoD Chromie time.
