After referencing many guides and maps I am still unable to start the quest line “Kindness” to begin unlocking the beautiful Nether Drakes. Turned on low lvl quests and attempted to keep questing in the zone to eventually get to the quest line but still stuck. Any help is appreciated.
Did you find Mordenai in Shadowmoon Valley? He should have the quest available already so all you have to do is find him patrolling somewhere in the area full of Netherwings. I didn’t have to do anything besides that when I went for the quest.
I have, I also waited to make sure he was out of combat. Do I need to complete any previous quests or get some kinda rep?
You do not need to do anything before this. Just find him, and do the quest. That will reward enough rep to bring you to neutral with Netherwing so you can continue the chain.
