Boat from Teldrasil to Darkshore
Boat from Darkshore to Menethil Harbour
Run from Menethil Harbour to Ironforge
Take tram from Ironforge to Stormwind

Give a gold to a mage in Exodar for a port.
Run south from Menethil along the coast all the way until you’re north of Kharanos. There’s a bay there where if you drown yourself you’ll rez in Dun Morogh and can skip the wetlands run.
