I watched videos to get from ogrimmar to outlands but the portal where it is supposed to be is missing? How can i get to the eye tempest key?
There’s a portal to Shattrath on the lower floor of the Orgrimmar portal room. The portal room itself is in the hallway of the main entrance to Orgrimmar. When you enter Org from the main gate, the hallway quickly turns right. Once you’ve made that turn, look strait ahead and you’ll see the portal rooms.
Once you’ve entered the portal room, there’s a hallway on the left before you get into the main room that leads to the downstairs portal room.
Alternately, you can try talking to the Thrallmar mage who will be next to the Shattrath portal. If you talk to them they may have the option to travel to Hellfire Peninsula. (Which is a little bit closer to Netherstorm than Shattrath.)

There’s a lot of information out there that might not be relevant anymore. The portal you’re looking for might only exist in Classic WoW, not current retail. Go where Udiza says. Tempest Keep also no longer requires a key to enter.
