Just so everyone will know here for future reference, you can get a Dalaran Hearthstone from the Innkeeper near the well and across from the Barber

If so, not having done the legion content before, he’d have to do the whole intro assault on broken shore where someone gets stabbed and medevac’d out and someone else gets stabbed and gets the fel blasted outta them.

I think you need to goto that spooky place where all the spiders like to hang out and do a quest that opens Legion Quests.
