So i have a boosted mage and a demon hunter, both of which never did draenor, but I’d like to take them there to solo some of the raids and dungeons for mogs.
Thing is i cant find any way there, without being on the quest (which i can’t get on those characters as far as i know).
go to blasted lands, check the dark portal. if there is Khadgar there fighting off iron horde then you can go thru the portal and wind up where you set up your garrison.
this is how my Demon Hunter alts experienced it, not sure how it is for boosted level characters

Isn’t there a portal to Ashran in the portal room? That’s how I took my boost to there without having to do any quests. I went there to get to Tanaan and I never did the opening quests or had a garrison.
You can still do the intro quest (though I’m not sure where it moved too) or use the secret portal on Timeless Isle.
You can still build your garrison and get your WoD hearthstone too.
