My fiance has not played in years and has not ever completed the legion questline or anything. She just did a 70 boost, does anyone know what she has to do to open up Argus?
I can port her to Legion Dalaran but once in the vindicator there is no option for her to enter Argus.

I cannot say, but my best guess would be: has she unlocked the class hall and first legendary weapon? I wouldn’t be surprised if several Legion quest chains are locked behind those checks.
Complete the Suramar intro quest line

I can’t remember if you need to do the quest where you need to get friendly with all of the base Legion reps.
Try this:
Go to Dadghar and get your flight whistle.
Then head over to where the flightpath is located. See if the portal is there. If it’s not, do you see two rows of the class hall leaders and Dadghar offering you a low level quest. If he does, accept the quest and I believe you can skip through every thing. Go turn in with Velen on that island, name escapes me, then fly back to Dalaran and see if the portal is there yet.
Why do they want to go to Argus?
A couple people can also summon them to Argus depending on why they want to go.
I am just trying to take her into the Antorus Burning Throne raid with me for the mount chances. It is just me so I can’t summon her.

Edit: She did complete the Broken Shore quest so I thought that was all she needed to do but cannot still enter Argus
Edit again: I should state that she can enter the vindicator its just the waypoint or w/e its called, there is no option to port to any of the three Argus zones.
Other than that, all I see is that she has to complete “Uniting the Isles”
But what is weird is I recently made a new 70 boost and was able to enter that argus waypoint, just not sure why she can’t.

“In Dalaran, complete 4 quests to get to Argus: “Uniting the Isles,” “Armies of Legionfall,” “Assault on Broken Shore,” and finally “The Hand of Fate.” To return to Argus later, complete the Argus storyline through its 11th quest, “Rendezvous.” After, use the lightforged beacon near Dalaran to teleport to Argus.“
