According to Wowhead, to get the recipe: Transmute Elemental Fire, I need to be friendly with the Thorium brotherhood and have 300 alchemy, but whenever I come to the BRD tavern the recipe is never for sale. Am I missing something? Or is there something else I need to do to be able to buy the recipe?
There are quests at thorium point in the searing gorge for dark iron residue, you can turn those in to get to a certain point and then that guy opens up other turn ins? I don’t recall clearly, someone will show up to tell me how I’m wrong, just a sec.
I guess if you’re in the instance and he doesn’t have it, I believe it is one per instance?
Yes, it is one per instance, but I managed to get in alone and get to the tavern but I never find the recipe
hmmm, how long did it take to get to the vendor? maybe they have a restock timer. I’d reset and try again, and if still not put on something for a few minutes and check again.

it comes in a later phase. its not available right now
It is sadly only available phase 5. It would be a really good item to add earlier if they ARE looking into doing some things to fix the economy!
