How to get the quest for Vasj'ir on Horde

I am 120 and trying to unlock lower level areas and don’t have the quest to unlock Vasj’ir and trying to figure out how on the horde side. Does anyone know where I start?

On the Warchief’s Board is the usual answer, but that can only show 3 quests at a time and you may have others blocking it. You could try taking quests from there until it comes up, or you could bypass that step and go to the next in the chain which should be waiting for you if you have not done it before.

It is called Call of Duty and is given by Commander Thorak down near the docks in Durotar (go out the Org gates and head east to the water). I recommend staying land bound once you are in that area as there are phasing and RP triggers that don’t always work with high levels doing old quests.

Another option if you want to be really thorough is to see what Farseer Krogar has for you up at the Cataclysm portals. You can start the chain through doing his little foreshadowing quests too.

First, if the character is 110 or higher and hasn’t done the BfA intro, you have to do that or the Vashj’ir quest won’t be available.

Go to where the Cataclysm portals are, and talk to Farseer Kroger. If he has “Eye of the Storm” do that. (It’s just a quick watch a cutscene quest.) It’s sort of a pre-req for both Hyjal and Vashj’ir. After that, you’ll either want “To the Depths” from the Farseer or the Warchief’s Command quest from the board. At higher levels, “To The Depths” might not be available, so you’ll have to get the WCC quest.

The next quest in the chain is “Call of Duty” as Minidecay said.

If you haven’t done the Legion opener on the character (and are 98+) it can cause some phasing issues. I was able to do it a while back without doing the Legion intro, but there were phasing issues where both the Legion and Vash’ir quest boats were superimposed, which was very weird.
