i seen a leggings gear that gives haste after recovering from CC
it’s 420 ilvl and 450 in pvp
i had a raecipe but it was for 382ilvl//424 in arena
also i seen other pieces that give special effects like boots that give haste when you fake cast an interrupt successfully
They are both PvP item embellishments added in 10.1.
These embellishments are made by Jewelcrafters. So you can make them yourself if you have one after buying the recipe, or you can buy them on the AH.
Embellishments are used to enhance items in the crafting process. If you do not have a crafting profession, you’ll want to learn about crafting orders. This is the new system for dragonflight in which you request an item to be made via either a public or private order request, and somebody else makes the item specifically for you.
