It appears to be a raid drop from an end wing boss, so earliest you’ll see it is Tuesday.
Ok thanks that is what I figured did not see it on the AH. Recipe drops on the one of the Raid bosses.
For pvp 450 item crafting purposes (me as a Ret pally). What item is safe to craft to 450 atm then? I can te raft my infurious boots to 450. Should I save the shadow flame spark and wait or craft something that I can add an embellishment and an item modifier to?
No clue what to craft for melee 
I am waiting for the Shadow-Flame Armor Patch Embellishment to come out next week. Then going to craft the Helm with it up to 450. I don’t want to craft the Infurious Boots because the stats are fixed and they have Crit which I don’t really need. So I feel like there is no point in doing that right away. I will craft the boots when I get more sparks in the coming weeks.
You can’t recraft and add a trophy of conquest to something made with a spark of ingenuity. It requires a shadowflame spark crafted piece of gear.

It says very rare drop from journal. Might be awhile before we see them widely avail
