This NPC is following me around while I level. “Rowie iskaraen messenger”. It’s annoying how do i get rid of it?

Accept his quest.

if you’ve already accepted the quest,
relog

Accept quest, then untrack it in the quest log (do not abandon, just untrack)

What!? But, if he’s beside you long enough, when you walk he’ll slide after you in a meditating stance!
