Long story short: I’m trying to level up my heart of azeroth fast. I heard that the Nazjatar questline raises its level pretty quickly but I don’t know how to unlock the quests to get there.
I’m friendly with all Kul Tiras factions, do I need to unlock all three factions in Zandalar too?
If anyone knows an even faster way of leveling up the heart of azeroth that would be even more helpful.
get to 50, Magni gives you the quest to get heart.
Do the quest he gives you right away to bring MOTHER back to the Chamber.
After you get MOTHER, the Nazj quest should pop up right away.
After you go to Nazj and do a few quests Magni calls you back and MOTHER boosts your heart to lvl50
Im trying to unlock Mechagnome …
“Nazj quest should pop up right away” uh, no. did the mother thing but no Nazjatar quest. I have several Gen Greymane quests open. According to some other page The Wolf’s Offensive should start the questline. but I can’t find that quest.
On horde side, as soon as you got mother to the Chamber of Heart Nathanos gave a quest to go to the Island expedition guy to go to Nazjatar. I figure alliance side should be essentially equivalent.
I just jumped on a fresh 50, obtained the heart and got mother back to the chamber and parked him. Ive done nothing else on him, not a scrap of war campaign.
Nathanos has the quest “Send the fleet” waiting for me. a bunch of other stuff too.

Most of the info in the comments on that page is from before the 9.xx patch.
For me, Uniting Zandalar was absolutely not required, because it was being offered at the exact same time.
I ended up unlocking Nazj by doing the Zandalar quests. I thought they would take forever but it took me less than two hours which really isn’t that bad.

Making a short story long. This is not at all easy when done out of sequence. I decided it would be cool to have a mechagnome hunter. I finished the mechagnome achivement on my Horde main. Then took my alliance 50 to the embassy. No quest, researched and found I needed to have unlocked Mech. My Ali toon was about half way through Legion when I decided to level him to 50. So he had never been to BFA continent. He had no BFA neck and no quest for Magni. Ran around trying to find Magni. Researched and found all just pops up when you get to 120. Uh no, what if … On my ali when he is in the embassy the achievement shows completed, but no quest. At login screen for new character shows achievement not completed. So I go to put in a ticket. During the ticket process there is a big note saying I need to get to mech. But I can’t. So I decided to create a new ali toon and level through BFA. Well, here I am new 50 through BFA and everything looks the same… ARGGGG! Better now though, working through as much Naj as I need to get the mech quests to appear. btw, my original 50 does not have send the fleet…
