Mining is at 100 but I have low knowledge for specializations. I want to increase those, is there a trick to getting more? Or just keep flying around tapping mining nodes? I assume same applies for herbing as well.

From what I can tell it’s all time-gated
Next reset you’ll get drops that increase your knowledge until you hit the weekly cap and then you’ll have to wait for the next reset
It’s one thing to make stuff hard to get and another to prevent grinding
