Hello I created a toon in a new server, I have no money to buy master riding, is there a fast way to get the 4500 gold required to buy it???

Someways are faster than others, but it basically depends on the level of your character which controls what content they can do and the size of the rewards.
I’ve beeen using the current xp buff to level a few toons in their 30’s to 40. Some of them have the money for fast flying, some don’t. It depends upon the path i took and the professions I chose for them to get this far.
I buy no expensive gear from the ah while leveling. By only purchases are larger bags. Otherwise, all monies that come in are banked for purchasing levels of riding.
I would note that leveling that leveling characters generally need zero expensive gear purchases from the AH. Fast flying is a nice-to-have, not a necessity.
Yes it’s a nice to have it was really painful to level up to 56 , but there were only a couple of hours.

I have bootstrapped chars many times. 
I run double gather. Mining and Herbalism. As I quest along and level, I gather every node I see. It provides experience along with a stream of gold.
My Rogue just hit level 54 the other day. Here is what I have done with him since he was created:
I have purchased with gold from quests and selling on the AH:
- All flight upgrades. Including the 4500g one you mentioned.
- Level 2 WoD garrison town hall building, bank and inn.
- Opened the mats tab in the bank.
- Bought all bank slots and 32 slot bags for those slots.
- Bought 32 slot bags for my char
- Bought some iLevel 111 and (can’t remember) gear for my char.
A second char in Oribos bought the Renown token and mailed it to him.
I still have about 4000g on this char right now.
For the AH… Before I log off I hearth back to SW and post everything I gathered on the AH. I list at whatever price for 24 hours. (Whether to sell ore or bars depends on server. Usually bars sell for more.)
The key is patience. I’m not in a hurry so I have time.
If you are trying to do this all in a couple of days… I am guessing that selling a pet would be faster. There are lots of pets, in my server group, that you can stone to rare quality and the boost to max. If you have 45 pet charms. Those usually go for around 3500g to 5000g depending on pet. Also depends heavily on what server group you are located on.
