I was just wondering if this is still possible. I had watched videos of someone explaining how to do it and it turned out the rep values from private servers were all wrong and in Vanilla you actually earn much less rep from questing through the night elf areas.
So with what said my question is it possible/feasible to get exalted with Darnassus? If so, how do I do it? Will doing all the quests while leveling up do it for me or no?

level from the start and when finishing, if I remember correctly. you should be done with rep in Rev. then cloth turn in until exalted.

Right, not until the AQ War Effort. I think you can get rep from Alterac Valley when that comes in though but I may be remembering wrong.
You can turn in cloth right now, the questgivers are there. I traded in some cloth yesterday.
Level 40 and I’m revered with Darnassus. I started questing from level 1 in Teldrassil, though. Hope to get exalted at 60, questing in Feralas, Felwood, etc.

you wont get exalted. I’ve did the exact same run and looked up every darnassus rep quest. you are going to turn in cloth but not as much.
