How to get Deathstalker's leggings?

I’m trying to get the Deathstalker’s leggings for my rouge and apparently the best way to do that is by a rare drop? In collections in the actual game it suggests that the item is rewarded from a quest. Same with Sinister aspirant’s leather legguards, it says it’s given out by a vendor but when I look on the wiki it says it’s a drop. Does anyone know the quest this item might be a reward from? I can’t find it anywhere.

It drops from rare enemies in Darkshore, and has a chance to drop from a cache that’s awarded from a quest, but I couldn’t figure out which on mobile.

Yea, if it’s just the base version it will drop from rares or from the repeatable warfront victories
