How to get death's deliverance wow after patch

can some one tell me how i go about unlocking the green skin for death’s deliverance they said you could unlock all but the basic skin for that blade and i wasn’t good enough to unlock the blades during mage tower

If you didn’t unlock the base mage tower appearance in Legion, you cannot get any of the other appearances related to the mage tower. If you did unlock the base mage tower appearance, you can still unlock the other colors. Just go to the forge with it equipped to see the requirements.

Based on the last part of your statement, it seems you didn’t complete the mage tower… meaning you cannot get this appearance.

ok that really sucks that they put content in the game that you can no longer get

It was meant to be a challenge and a prestige type of thing.I am thankful they took the ability to get it out of the game.
