This works (nearly) 100% of the time!
Step 1: Ritually Sacrifice 500 gnomes on The Altar of Zul
Step 2: Collect 500 Corruptor’s Scourgestones.
Step 3: Run Stratholme Undead 500 Times
Step 4: Be the Party Leader
Step 5: When the baron is at 10% hp change group loot to master loot.
Step 6: Profit with a new mount that drops 100% (nearly) the time using this method.
Step 7: Sacrifice more gnomes…
I got it in only 171 tries! No need to run the dungeon 500 times 
But did you sacrifice the 500 gnomes?
Should be sacrificing nightelfs. Gnomes are for punting.

Nope. I only slapped Baron Rivendare as hard as I could 171 times and then he gave me the horse.

Oh for the cloak you need to sacrifice 750 gnomes. The rest is the same.

I usually sacrifice male Night Elf warriors because elves; this is done by brining them one by one and pushing them into the whelps in Ony’s lair.
This brings joy and fun to the whole team.
They were first person to do so in over 5 years?
