my friend and i are working on getting this mount, but we cant figure out how to spawn the rare. we waited 2+ hr at the bells and nothing happened
You don’t spawn it. You wait for it to spawn in.
the guides all say you have to click on bells around bastion to trigger the council
Wait around for all 5 bells to be up, then quickly ring all 5 within 5 minutes
Then run south and fight the council
Someone from teh kyrian coven must ring all 5 bells. after that they will assemble like captain planet.

we’ve never had the ability to ring them in the first place
They cannot be rung if someone has already clicked them within the last hour. I’m not sure if theres a renown level linked to being able to, since im already 25 on the person i do it on or w/e max level SL renown is.
im max and have been unable to ring,
bastion on our realm is pretty empty, sundancer is always always up so i cant imagine theres someone sniping it. maybe
You’d be surprised. Even on the deadest of realms, there is always someone doing the same thing you are.

no luck, there are 3 other people here but highly doubt theyre in wm
update: we summoned them okay, didnt drop. is it weekly lockout?
You do not need to be in the kyrian covenant to ring the bells.
