How to get a Blade of Hanna?

I can’t find any actual good sources on where I can farm the Blade of Hanna, and I’d prefer not to spend 500k+ on it. Does anyone know where I can farm to get one?

checking Wowhead, it looks like Molten Core seems to have several critters that might drop it, along with a few other places. Not real good odds though.

I got it today from AQ40 Trash Mobs. Selling it for 700K gold
