Blizzard please remove Dracthyr from the game. Give Evokers to some other race like Dwarf or G;hiwa or draenei or something.

There is a lore reason why they aren’t big as draknoid. Cliff notes, too big bodies = less agile in the sky while flying.

I don’t ever wanna see Dracthyr form, I wanna be able to toggle into Visage and stay there, like all the other non-evoker Dracthyr.

Then don’t play an evoker. Evoker is tied to the dragon form, as a lore thing. Too bad. Get used to chosen identity.

I love my dracthry now, so no.
They can add it without any incident or issue and minimal effort… don’t pretend they can’t.
It isn’t about they can’t. It is about going against the lore just for a cosmetic feature for combat.
That is like asking “I want my worgen to be human in combat only”.
That’s never stopped them before from making changes? This would be one of the first logical ones they’ve made, if and when they do add a perma-toggle.
They stopped doing that after the whole lightforged warlock thing. They said they are going to stop doing things that break lore just to appease a few for gameplay reasons.
But they won’t do that. Don’t want to play a dragon based class with dragon powers, just don’t play a dragon like race then.

They can and should add a perma-toggle, nothing about it breaks lore, I’m still a dracthyr, just the visuals are different… it hurts absolutely ZERO people to make the change.
It breaks lore because using aspect powers breaks the visage, that is a thing.

Literally in the dragon trilogy books and mangas. It is a legit lore thing. Using strong aspect powers puts them into dragon mode, hence why they don’t like using their powers a lot or they break their visage.
