Still RSS as it is, same button for solo arena, but create an additional match condition where:
Two players of the same spec + mmr (eg two 2k mmr ret palas) can be paired with another mirrored pair within +/-150 mmr (eg two 2.1 mmr moonkins) and shuffle it. (In this case, round 1 is Ret A/Moonkin A vs Ret B/Moonkin B; round 2 is Ret A/Moonkin B vs Ret B/Moonkin A).
Healer queue remains instant, dps queues are much faster, gg. Yes 2v2 is scuffed, so is rss. But if the comps are mirrored, it is exactly balanced. Just don’t pair rogues and druids, kill meld finally.
It’s a much better version of solo q. Current solo is fun-killing queue times and can be memed by just focusing on dps. This would reduce queue times + help shift the meta away from dps racing.
