Solo SHuffle down to a single Round , fixed Q times.
Blitz down to 6v6 from 8v8 Fixed Q times.
Long Queues are KILLING pvp.
I also second the notion to restore glad and other rewards to 2s.

The only easy and immediate change to be made to shuffle is a stacking debuff for repeatedly missing queue.
I wouldn’t play shuffle if it was one round. Sounds terrible.
that certainly wont get me to play it
The way to improve shuffle queue times is to give healers a special achievement and mount at a reasonable rating. Make a it a bike with a med kit.
People really like bikes for some reason.
Give players a good return on investment. Why bother getting curbstomped for months until they improve when they can just do delves and get cool mythic sets?
Lack of actual rewards
Immediate crackdown on premade communities. Hand out perma’s after the first round of warnings.
Incentivize healers to want to play (FIX RATING GAIN/LOSS FOR SOLO SHUFFLE ESPECIALLY)
PvP community also needs to actually work with the devs if they do communicate ideas instead of what they did last time where they cried a storm and acted like idiots.
whats your suggestion remove solo shuffle? im all for that too but it wont happen
Just make it not the best option.
i disagree! i think no amount of healer specific mount rewards will move the needle!
I think for healing it could. I dabble in healing a bit and if they offered something interesting I might queue it more. This would increase solo shuffle queue times even if it’s just a little bit. The mender title is lame we need something better.
or that yeah buff rewards for regular arena nerf solo shuffle
kennie actually caring about healers

blitz and 2’s is already easier than shuffle as healer for 1950 where all the rewards are
agreed.
probably would make them worse tbh, unless you mean just having solo/duo queue into the 3v3 ladder and removing shuffle [e.g., time spent is going to be more or less the same, and instead of locking 2 healers in for 6 rounds, many of them might stop queueing prior to that]; [e.g., might also tank participation, because shuffle in a sense has bad-luck w/ teammates protection thanks to the rotation, but when you have horrible teammates for who knows how many single rounds, many of which will be auto loss right off the bat based on comp, I think it’s going to cause a drop in pvp participation overall].
nah, two few players for too large of maps. Also, are you wanting to put one healer on each team for this? Sounds pretty horrific for healer to have to try solo healing 5 others, and if you otherwise meant still having 2 healers on each team, that would increase dps queue times would it not?
I’m more or less indifferent on that. The glad mount has largely been a shell of its former self since BfA, mostly just a cool thing to see from time to time depending on the season, but it never merits any kind of a “dang they must be insane at the game” reaction as it did pre-BfA (for me at least).
I’d generally be for adding it to every bracket tbh if it greatly increased participation in the brackets, but I don’t like the idea of completely invalidating the 3s bracket by putting the exact same mount in 2s, shuffle, etc. Recolors though I think would be fine, e.g., having respective recolors for 2s, shuffle, blitz, etc.
What other rewards did 2s used to have?
Wouldn’t you need to increase the healer / dps ratio in blitz to make queues shorter? I would be totally down for 10v10 blitz with the dampening removed.
I mean this sincerely when I say I wish the battle.net phone app notified people when their queue popped. If queues are going to be this long, at least let us walk away from our PCs like humans. Short-term fix for a long-term problem, but I’d love something like this.
Knew a guy who in his last few title mmr games just dialed up his volume loud enough to hear anywhere in his house when his 2-3 hour queue finally popped
That’s actually big-brain. I’m 90% of the time a headphone user. Wireless too. Sad part is the wireless range is not that good and wouldn’t work very far
I do have optical speakers hooked up with a bass booster on the floor though. Blasting that would make the neighbors hear it lol.
This was discussed ages ago, and the general consensus was that it would be bad overall.
Imagine you’re a healer or a dps that gets stuck on a team with someone who would typically go 0-6. Instead of having the chance to break even as a healer or go 4-2 as a dps it’s now gone. Your rating drops, imagine this happens 6/12/18 rounds in a row. The more you lose, the lower your rating (obviously) the greater the chance of getting teamed with that 0-6 player.
People would fall into holes they have no shot of getting out of, you’d have to abandon that toon and try again.
The opposite could also happen. You could get lucky and get into groups with the one dps or healer who goes 6-0 every match until they reach the top. I’ve won many of matches while not doing a single thing before my teammate was able to essentially 1 v 3 the other side.
6 rounds is the fairest way.
the arena tournament realm which is now gone had true solo Q, a single round 3s and it was popular.
I agree with the on round mode, it will be more focused on luck, since the real pvp game is 3x3. I think solo shuffle is supossed to be less competitive in this way, based on fun. Also, they should give healer some mounts and achievs like others said. Blitz q times wont be solved by reducing the number of players, healers needbig incentives there
