For some reason, relatively recently, I was experiencing a new, strange problem with the game, with apparently, multiple causes. I tried searching for forum posts, and couldn’t find a concrete solution.
Basically, every time I would left or right click, my game (and only in fullscreen mode) would stutter in FPS ever so slightly, both when I would click-in, and click-out.
I’ve found a couple solutions, and I hope these can help everyone else.
Solution One:
Re-cap your FPS. For some reason, sometimes, the game likes to forget that you have your FPS capped. Just go to your graphics settings, scroll down, and set your Max Foreground FPS to whatever you want. For me, it was checked to 144. but was actually uncapped. I just had to re-check it, and my GPU went back down from 100% usage, to 30%, and that fixed the Micro-suttering for a while.

Solution Two:
My mouse started micro-stuttering my FPS again, and I noticed it only started to happen when I was streaming, whether thru OBS, or thru Discord. After hours of troubleshooting, the culprit in the end for me was…
…G-sync. I turned that off and the problem was gone instantaneously. If you STILL have the issue after all of that, then I have no clue, I just know that after hours of troubleshooting this stuff myself, these are the results I came to.
