some guildies and myself are trying to farm maradon princess runs for blackstone ring/shaman shield
We are unsure how to manipulate the instance reset so as we can spawn to the beginning of the dungeon after a clear.
do we /script resetinstances(); ???
do we /camp?
die purposefully inside and run back?
any help woul.d be apprieciated
invite someone to your group that isnt in the instance and make them leader, then have everyone in your group log out. when you are all logged out, the person not in the instance, resets the instance by right clicking their portrait and selecting “reset all instances”
when you log back in, you will appear at the front of the instance
what about our 5th person who IS in group?
the thing is, blizzard made it so you can’t reset the instance with scripts anymore, so the only way to reset the instance is if someone is outside while there is no one online inside essentially rendering the instance “empty.” this is the only way i have found to reset it anyway.
You should be able to convert to a raid and invite a 6th person without kicking anyone.
