How to Enter Heroic Mechagon Workshop?

I have the quest to kill King Mechagon, how do I enter this Dungeon Wing directly. I have no desire to do the Junkyard.

Do we have to have a full party? None of the NPC’s inside the entrance help.

Go to the dungeon finder and select Specific Dungeon. From there you can pick Workshop.

Outside of queuing, at the entrance to the dungeon on the left is a mechagnome that teleports you halfway. Whether or not you can do anything in there on heroic, idk, but when you use the teleport in an m0 it is blocked off.

as someone said… go to LFG go to specific dungeons and queue for it only. takes a lil longer for queue but it helps get it done

There is a Transit Authority Gnome, but he does nothing. I this the one you mean?

Raising this form the dead cause I am having the same issue. I cant get to Mechagon Heroic. The guy that teleports you doesnt NOT give me the option and there is nothing in game to say WHY.

I am trying to finish unlocking the mechagnomes and the last thing I have to do is Mechagon: Workshop. I am now at the max level in Shadowlands and so I can not queue for this dungeon. How do I complete this quest / enter this dungeon? Can anyone help me out?

As far as I know you have to use LFD to skip to the Workshop. Otherwise you have to slog your way through the Junkyard first.

Are you saying we need to clear Junk in order to unlock entrance to Workshop?

This is the stupidest thing I’ve seen blizz do since they walled off sections of DM. Channeling the tesla coil for a solid minute solo on HK-8 is so fun, guys!

This is exactly what I had to do when I was tanking it for a friend who needed it for the quest. If there is another way (other than queue at lower levels) I am not aware of it, but I sadly don’t think there is. It’s a boring slog.
