How to enter Gravid Repose in ZM?

Trying to get inside to get a schematic but the door is closed. No information on wowhead, youtube, etc explains why the door will not open. Can anyone clue me in?

To access this room, you first must:

1. Research Metrial Understanding and Aealic Understanding

2. Complete A Means to an End

3. Unlock the Repertory Alcove from the Repertory Alcove Arrangement at /way #1970 49.6 31.0, inside the Terrestial Cache cave, on the side of the left wall after you enter

Next gain at least 60 Cosmic Energy and enter Gravid Repose . Use the Locus Shift to take the Interior Locus to the Inner Chamber . You will now see a new Locus Shift (the Arcae Locus ) upon the platform at the north-western side of the room, which you can use to travel to the Repertory Alcove .

Weird I do not see that anywhere on Wowhead for Gravid Repose or in the comments. Thanks though.

I’ve done all of that, but the Arcae Locus Locus Shift doesn’t show up for me.
