Im getting HEAPS of ‘addon errors’ .It just spams my screen randomly since the patch.
I cant do anything except turn my sound off which ruins 50% off the game for me.

Ive already made a rage post in general cause Blizz doesnt care about this game. and Im mad at this point. (had to uninstall and reinstall the game as well because of the patch and NO IDEA WHY….)
Breaks nearly every time they update it and now i have to wait for random nice people to ‘fix’ their addons cause Blizz cant make a game that works properly.
What can i do in the mean time apart from turning my volume down??
Game plays fine as i have an i9 and the stupid game keeps emoting me “you are experiencing a LOT OF ERRORS and it may be slowing the game down” ….
If ANYTHING is ‘slowing’ my game down its ALL THE ERROR pop ups im getting. And its killing my ears with that annoying sound Blizz has added to it for some reason!!!???
Any help appreciated at this point otherwise ill just wait it out a few days , no choice really .

You don’t “disable” addon bug trapping, but you can quietly bin the error messages.
Install BugGrabber and BugSack.

Lua errors will be quietly swallowed up. As long as the addon errors don’t actually break the UI, the worst thing that will happen is probably slightly degraded performance.
Still, you need to focus on getting updated versions of the addons installed. Outdated addons are generally bad for you.

I’m going to add to Sniperorc’s suggestion. You can do a little troubleshooting yourself by disabling your add-ons & reenabling them 1 at a time until you find the offender.
I initially had errors after the patch until ElvUI got updated (they were fairly quick), mostly related to Action Bars. In the past I’ve been able to eliminate the msg you are getting by disabling just a single aspect of an add-on until it’s updated.
Blizz made quite a few changes that gave add-on developers a bit more freedom, so if the authors weren’t fully prepared conflicts are inevitable until they get updated.
