How to deal with tank bursters as prot pallu?

Tank bursters have around 15s cd.
Holy bulkward: 1 min.
EoT: 1 min.
Ardent defender: 1 min.
So, on average we have 1 small cd every 20s.
Some of us don’t use sentinel anymore.
Do you have to chain DS, GoAK to deal with tank burster ?

On the more egregious ones like CoT first boss, it’s worth asking for your healer’s externals if you can, that way you don’t have to use Ardent Defender + EoT together, but between LoH, Val’kyr, Bubble, Kings, and the weaker defensives, you should be good.
