How to deal with healers in 2s

Just started doing arenas with my friend who’s only been playing for a couple months and we’re getting wrecked in most healer matchups.

We do well against double DPS, but healer + DPS has been giving us trouble. We just can’t outlast the healer in most scenarios.

I know queing for arenas with a brand new player is going to be a bad time but we want to improve.

I’ve tried CCing the healer attacking DPS and vice versa but we usually end up losing the match.

Any tips? We play hunter/Ret

Making them use their CDs in your first wings, then chaining your CC’s when you have your wings, etc. back up to focus down something I would guess.

Though finding a healer and just doing 3’s might be a better option for you guys. I duno, double DPS comps outside of like rogue/mage or something never seem to do too hot in my limited experience facing them.
