How to chase away an 18 years old customer

What kills me the most is if this is true, OP spent over $200 on something he claims to have no hype for. This is either the most blatant troll attempt ever or the dudes just got a serious spending problem.

Actually, no, it has to do with reasonable expectation on average vs a few spiking moments.

Look at Insurance companies. If you submit a claim it might have a few day turn around and away you go. Or it might take a month. It’s not the insurance company being bad, it’s that if there’s a LOT of claims, then the third party appraisers are stretched thinner. And if your answer is “Hire more” Well, this uptick of activity is not going to stay. So you’re saying they should hire people, train them at a fairly significant cost and then… Fire them in a few months when things die back down?

I have no idea why people still buy 12 month subs. Lost count how many times I’ve seen someone buy extended sub time and regret it.

LOL at least you have 12 months to complain on the forums.

Dispute it from your bank, express they’re not holding up there end of deal in terms of playability and you’ll more then likely get it back after a bit

Not sure how many expansion releases you have been around for, but this is pretty standard. Not just for Blizzard but for any game. The fact that you demanded a refund because you had issues on release day is silly.

Bye, you will be missed by someone maybe.

You’re not real good with logic are you? I never said the game was dead. I said I’m not seeing many people when I’m playing. I did allow for the possibility that I’m playing at slower times.

That said, your “blizzard does all kinds of things to spread out the players” etc nonsense, is just that. Nonsense. Like it would really make sense to make it look like the game was unpopulated, right? Way to make people feel energized about the whole thing.

Sheesh

Sounds like your trying to spam tickets during a time whne blizzard is being spammed with tickets

that’s your first mistake…NEVER PRE-ORDER GAMES…

and if the OP ever wants to play again he’ll have to pay it back

Bye Felicia…

Going to be straight up 100% with you buddy, I saw “bought the pre-order” and “and 12 month sub” and all willingness to continue disappeared.

I don’t believe I need to tell you what should be blatantly obvious at this point…did you at least learn from this? That’s the important thing.

I like fat chicks… Is that relevant? Probably not, but just as important I am sure

If your tickets were written anything like your post OP they probably got closed because they made no sense…

And you wonder why they didn’t get back to ya. Hmmm, the reasons are all right there in your OP.

Servers are down, various bug issues, and an army of people sending in tickets for all manner of things. But lets get back to how they failed you.

BTW, the game ran great and right on time for me.
