How to change Loot Spec?

Looked everywhere to try to find how to do this. Respec to Guardian but it’s still set to restoration. I was running a dungeon as Feral (dps) and our healer dropped. I was helping to heal the tank and we wiped. I get the msg ‘you have been removed from the group, your loot specialization has been set to restoration’.

Really?? This makes no sense at all when I am effectively using the abilities of my class? Now I am unable to progress until I can somehow change it back. How do I change it back??

Right-click on your character portrait in the upper left of your screen. Select “Loot Specialization” from the drop-down menu. Select the desired spec.
