Pushing my alt through and got 2 full sparks between the Superbloom and full lfr. There should be 2 more in the tank somewhere. Other than M+ or higher raids, do they drop anywhere else? Or just wait for next year’s reset?
Gearing is so easy. Literally went from nekkid to 441 ilvl in 2 days.
World bosses and researchers under fire (the weekly at least in ZC) maybe? I get them from a lot more sources than just those two.
Oh, I was going to say M+ is the place I’ve been getting my catch up sparks on everyone. I find I don’t use too many of them and always have leftover anyhow so I don’t chase them down. I just let them appear from whatever I’m doing. 
I did two M+ catching back up on my Evoker neither gave a half spark thingy just rng like can get them in Heroic Dungeons as well believe.
LFR felt like the best way to catch up on sparks for me last tier, maybe it’s the same now?
Lfr only got me 3 fragments over the whole run. Then an additional half from the superbloom or 1500 rep quest. Can’t remember.
No biggie. I need 3 (6 fragments) more and will get 2 more sparks next week for 2 more pieces of armor.
Spark fragments also can come from malacias hoard the reward for pvp weekly quests.
