Here are my opinions as someone desperately hoping they are viable in pve at some point in SoD besides literally phase 1:
-
Remove Quick Strike from the global cooldown, instead giving it a separate 3-6 second cooldown. Additionally, its rage cost is reduced from 20 rage to 10 and the ability deals 50% weapon damage rather than a flat amount.
-
New Wrist Rune: “Disembowl” - Your Mortal Strike causes your Rend to deal 100% of its remaining damage to your target and refresh its duration
-
Rune rework: “Frenzied Assault” - While wielding 2-Handed Weapons, your melee critical strike chance is increased by 15%
-
New Foot Rune: “Opportunity Attack” - Your retaliation triggers on melee attacks made against any party/raid member by an enemy within melee range.
Let me know what you guys think

I like the quick strike idea
Bloody Frenzy also needs to increase rend damage more than it already does via some sort of scaling mechanism like weapon damage. Also make it so the ticks can crit.
Wrecking Crew should also be a 5% flat damage buff when equipping a 2 Hander.
Honestly ANYTHING at this point. PVP is so cringe as a warrior right now. i win 1/10 1v1s at this rate. Go ahead and say I am bad but plenty of bad hunters and rogues only need 2 abilities to win in a 1v1.

How to buff warriors … don’t.
With the Disembowl rune idea and blood fenzy, you’d be able to at least snapshot a good rend with stuff like crusader and rampage (similar to Warlocks’ Everlasting Affliction)
How about remove quick strike from the rune list all together? Terrible garbage rune

SoD is a huge meme anyway. Just enjoy the ride for what it is, eventually there will be a FRESH 'nilla without all of this wonky balance and if there is a classic+, it won’t be as bad as SoD (we can hope)

Removing the rune does nothing. A rework has the chance to actually do something
Quick strike doesnt do a flat amount it does 10% ap - 20% ap. Could double those make it 20 - 40% ap
40% might be too much since thats basically a bloodthirst. I could see 20% tho
But then other classes become the fodder. How is that better?
nice hat. not (it’s lame, like you)
