1st Ammendment and in my case being Canadian Freedom of Exprssion section of the Charter. Big tech making a huge ideological push is going to hury them, they dont understand human nature as the op points out.

Neither first ammendment, nor freedom of expression apply to a voluntary service you sign a ToS to use. They apply to people’s day to day IRL existence, and even then there’s consequences.

Sorry lad government docs protecting free speech apply to the companies that exist in those countries, same as labor laws. Your right not to be offended does not exist anywhere in North American law and people who think corporations can crack down with woke nonsense are exactly the problem today.

What are you talking about? Lol You cannot harass, curse at, etc. people on basically any platform without incurring some form of penalty, up to and including your right to use their services being removed.
The laws you’re referring to do not protect your right to be a video game customer. But by all means, grab an attorney and try to take them to court if you like.

You literally won’t get banned unless you’re ragewhispering people slurs or running your mouth in /i. Nothing has changed, grow up. As doors said if you actually think your freedom of speech applies to you being able to call people slurs on World of Warcraft, hire a lawyer. I’m sure the amount of embarrassment you have on that phone call will be far worse than any suspension you get on this game lmao.
