If I understand you correctly, what you’re trying to suggest is that PvP rewards should only be provided upon the basis of team coordination, and you think that should require social interaction in the game in order to accomplish?
To you, it doesn’t matter if there’s a number of really great individual players in the game who contribute to their team without being in voice and without having devoted healers backing them up?
Those players don’t matter? Their efforts are worth less?
