How to access Legion Dalaran PvP Transmorgs?

Now that Dalaran is non-existent in how do we access Legion-Dalaran PvP vendors such as “Captain Roberts ”??

In particular, looking to purchase “Ensemble: Cruel Gladiator’s Scaled Armor”

NVM figured it out, you can’t use the Dalaran hearthstone anymore, but you can portal to Azsuna from the SW Portal Room and then fly to Dalaran to the east.

I literally just used the Hearthstone after I’d done the intro quests. If you’ve never used it before, you need to go to Azsuna first and fly up. Then it will work.

EDIT: On my main who’s level 74, obviously. Not this character.
