How to access BFA Arathi Highlands?

My main has completed the BFA Campaign. My main can visit the BFA Arathi Highlands and can interact with Zidormi in Tirisfal and Arathi Highlands.

My alts are stuck in Cata Arathi Highlands. My alts can interact with Zidormi in Tirisfal, but not in Arathi Highlands. Specifically they can see Zidormi in Arathi Highlands, but Zidormi does not provide the chat option to change the zone’s timeline.

Have you done any of the introduction quests for BFA? You need to do them on every toon if you want to unlock the phased zones for BFA in certain areas. I wish they were unlocked for the entire account if you already did them once but it’s Per character, not account wide, unfortunately.
