In m+ people make zero effort to stand in efflo. Like you say, sometimes it even looks like they are avoiding it. It’s a pretty high mana cost and we already require a lot of GCD’s to heal so it’s not like you can keep moving it constantly. I think it’s rarely taken, but in S1 I started taking overgrowth over spring blossoms in certain dungeons because I felt I got more value out of it. overgrowth+swiftmend is only 2 gcds and pretty much full heals someone while also hotting them up for like 20 seconds. It’s also good for heal checks where you are constantly moving and can’t do many hard casts.
