Sounds like a lack of imagination.
You know, I’m trying to think of any other time the Alliance has ever been as hardcore as Malfurion and Tyrande were in the Tides of Vengeance and Nathanos death cinematics and I’m coming up short.
Closest I can think was Genn outwitting Sylvanas and punching her in the face in Stormheim and even there Sylvanas got a hit on him as well.
Dunno if recent stories have made it a moot setback now or not.
The way Genn says Sylvanaaaas in that deep growly voice still gives me chills every time I watch it.
