How the hell do I manage built in arena frames?

How the hell do I manage in game arena frames? There is no way to move the frame or resize them? There is also no DR tracker?

Also no way to disable them?

Guess you have to edit mode and select the checkbox to show them, edit mode in arena does not move the actual frames.
