How the heck are we supposed to open Kul Tiran race?

It would seem others have the same problem I’m having, but there are precious few answers… at least, not correct ones that I’ve found.

The guides here are all out of date, referring to “level 110” and such.

I have Tides of Vengeance, A Nation United, the Loremaster achievement, and everything that it says in the (old) guides.
I most definitely have a level 40 character (60 Alliance, and 70 horde… heck I even have the achievement for completing both campaigns on Horde and Alliance, with the horse mount reward.)

I simply cannot for the life of me find what quest I’m missing, or what achievement.
I’m starting to think that there are so few Kul Tirans because no one knows how to go about getting that allied race!

Have you tried the Stormwind embassy?

Yeah, there’s nothing there.
Is there a specific person I’m supposed to speak to, who might be phased because of some other quest?

DAMMIT!

I just figured out the problem. No one was giving the quest because I already had it, and it was way at the bottom of my quest log under the category “Kul Tiran”.

Well, don’t I feel like the right fool now!

oh well, thanks anyways!

Funny how that was thrown in your face and you just ignore it. I was confused because I purposefully ignored the random popup quests since, you know, we get that enough as is in Dragonflight. xP Turns out its for Mechagnomes and Kul’tirans I missed. xP

As an FYI for others that may see this thread…

All requirements have been lifted for Allied Races. You just need to have one level 40 character on the account, then you go to the Embassy to pick up the scenario quests, run them and your races are unlocked.

And yes, there are a couple that will pop up in your face. You may have done what most of us do and ignored them and untracked the quests. So make sure you check your quest log if you don’t see the Embassy quests.

Also, for KT, you do need to have done the intro quests up through unlocking the portal room in order to see the NPCs that you need. Same holds true for Zandalari, you have to unlock the portal room in Dazar’alor.

Did you complete the 50 mythic+ 15 or higher BFA dungeons requirement and full mythic raid clears?

LOL. I have a similar story, I was trying to figure out how to pick up the Kul Tiran quest line but the panda lady wasn’t offering me any questline and I was like wtf trying to figure it out and then I realized i had it in my questlog all along

That’s exactly why I started to work out again

The banner tells you what you need to get the kul tirans

Said banner is useless now! As was mentioned earlier, all requirements have been dropped. Just need a level 40 on the account and run the scenario.

maybe it’s just been too long since i unlocked these… but i don’t recall any scenarios.
most were just quest chains… weren’t they?

Oh neat. Maybe I’ll make a zanda or vulp eventually. I couldn’t be bothered to go back and do all the questing zones horde side :frowning_with_open_mouth:

I’d start a new horde character and head to zandalar to begin questing then get bored/restless and start dungeon levelling as a tank or heal then whoop either levelled to Max or lost interest
