I am kinda curious about that…not as magic or some other stuff but mostly on muscle strenght of the adventurer/player? I mean some races I kinda understand orcs and tauren for example also Draenei and Kul Tiirans , maybe even some humans. But when I see that enormous swords and maces being carried by small , short and vitually puny Gnomes or Goblins , other thann that undead/forsaken are kind of dead so their muscle tissues should not be so strong (then again necromancy magic) … or the trolls and elves which also have virtually low in muscle mass …sometimes I think , shouldnt they be tired of the large and heavy plate armors that they wear and carry all the time . I wonder how do they find the strenght to carry those weapons, yet alone swing them and such…long story short sometimes some class//race seems unlogical in that case…
If you can crumble paper that is about as strong a mage is,we fly in the wind, get mushy when wet, burn up on the fire and get trampled by mobs. We’re that strong as the dirt on pavement.
We can kill old gods then next year struggle against bees.
We are confusing
We’re weaker than characters like Jaina or Full Power Thrall by far. The Aspects could kick us to the curve too.
All our gear and weapons are actually Styrofoam.
Our characters are just like Superman; we are as strong as the writers needs us to be for the situation.
I think its the withdrawal, mostly. When we’re murdering Old Gods, we’re hopped up on 17 different kinds of flasks, potions, and buffs. The next expansion we’re just scratching our arms claiming we don’t have a problem and we just need a little bit.
Azeroth is many times smaller than earth, therefore gravity is weaker allowing us to wield weapons and armor that in real life would be impossible to use.
it’s kinda like a John Carter thing
Except the reason John Carter is strong on Mars is because the natives were raised there in the low gravity, while he was raised on Earth where the gravity is higher.
As for how strong we actually are. Strong enough to impress a Dudebrul.
As strong and as weak as the plot demands.
Tyrande’s back muscles can wield any weapon
I never thought of it that way.
I pay attention to how I select gear and transmogs for my characters. I like to make them look good.
Very stronk.
The way I always looked at it is to ignore my level. It’s just one challenge after the other. Some require us recruit friends to tackle them, others we can do alone. We may learn new skills along the way, with the help of enchanted gear, but we aren’t technically getting stronger.
i know its ironic, but gnome was the strongest race for over a decade on alliance. they had the highest strength.
I carry around 200+ mounts, some the size of elephants, all I’m saying.
there’s different power levels amongst characters too…obviously a druid isn’t ever going to be as strong as Furion or Runetotem, but amongst each other, i’d say you have scrubs, and gods
which one are you?
I’m so strong, I can punt Mammoths!
Joking aside, our characters have almost always relied on some kind of power source for super-juice since like MoP. I think VoI might be the first time we canonically did a raid as just us since Highmaul/BRF, and MSV before that.
