I don’t feel it should work. Dual spec kind of sucks, imo. If they are going to go that direction, just bring in Retail’s spec reworks.

Dual spec is just like single spec, except it adds 1 spec. It still has all the same problems and benefits of single spec, but simply adds 1 more spec.

Retail’s solution here is much better than dual spec.
