It’s painful how wasted the revelation that Anduin can use Shadow in MoP with Pickles is… why show us the kid can mind control people and use Shadow Priest stuff and then not only focus SOLELY on how he’s the Light counter to the Sha but then never even bring it up again in any appearance Anduin appears in?
After SL is the perfect time to show Anduin has been using his time away to master other aspects of being a Priest besides just Light and healing/buffing.
Anduin is going to return with an orc wife and two half orcs kids.

Also this would make Genn very upset, and that’s always hilarious. Remember when he yelled at clouds because Anduin was kidnapped but forgot to use his handgun to shoot at them? Good times.
To be honest I expect him to come back married to Wrathion.
Better if he leaves Sylvanas for Wrathion, would give her the push she needs to be edgy again.
Maybe Jaina and Kalecgos can get back together and they can double date Anduin x Wrathion.

Standing on Sylvanas back as she swoops around in banshee form while they both sing lament of the highborne and every elf player night or void elf joins in along with alleria and vereesa and remind the alliance who has it by the jewels. ELVES

There’s a part in the book by Madeline Roux (sp?) before the stopped using her because of her racist tweets that Anduin would accidentally summon shadow energy momentarily.
Further this wasn’t something she wanted to add, but something Blizzard insisted she add for him.
So I think they are setting something up for that at some point… or at least they were.
You know, it’s kind of sad when there’s a hole in the in-game story that people don’t understand, and I can use the meme of “It’s probably in a book” and 99% of the time it actually is in a book.
If I they follow story continuity when he returns whatever faith he had jn the light before will either be greatly diminished or gone. N’zoth warned us in bfa that the light had made a bargain with the enemy it all. In SL we see what that is. The light handed anduin over to the jailer in exchange for learning how to use necromancy and create Calia. They definitely won’t be stopping with her. The light is preparing for war. Against who? The void? Us? Both? I’m pretty sure we’re just gonna get caught in the middle ala Calia style with the light having abandoned the idea of fully resurrecting mortals becasue it can’t control them and instead creating Lightforged undead that it can directly influence
When anduin notices that the entire shadowlands really is just a soul prison, instead of the real afterlife, that is set up by the titans so they can increase their power…

Also it should be Sylvanas who kills him and then she says something like “Wait you guys actually bought that crap about my soul being split apart that made me all edgy? It’s a soul, not a brain. I knew what I was doing the whole time…you guys are dumb.”
The shadowlands were very obviously setup by the first ones. Zereth Mortis makes that clear. But every cosmic power has been setup in the way they designed and the every cosmic power has a Zereth. The titans were either made in Zereth Ordus or spent a good amount of time there becasue they learned things there that Odyn told the other keepers never to tell us about. That’s why we knew nothing of the first ones until we visited another realm of reality. Even the twisting nether has a Zereth. Sargeras created the burning legion but demons existed either before or as long as he has. There are elder demonic forces in the nether that the crusade never dared to approach and try to induct becasue they were afraid of the reaction. Every cosmic power has a Zereth and a pantheon. Those elder demonic forces are obviously the demonic pantheon who had no interest in sargeras or his agenda. They don’t even leave the nether. They stay deep within. The Aspects themselves are unwilling pawns. They think they’ve been gifted and blessed and serve a crucial role. They’re just pawns. They’ve been brainwashed by the waters of Tyrhold and it worked so well they named it after tyr. Which actually made him feel embarrassed. They place is Uldorus not Tyrhold. It’s real name is Uldorus and it’s a titan facility specifically made to brainwash dragons into serving Order. The waters at the ruby life pools f come from Uldorus. It’s why sabellian, alexstraza, Nozdormu, etc all have such drastically different personalities compared to Wrathion. Even Razageth could see that he hadn’t been brainwashed which is why she told him he has no idea what he’s mixed up in and he will soon learn. It’s why she didn’t kill him on the spot.
