During the events of BC, as I stated earlier, he’s referred to as young. The events of WoW so far are less than a hundred years. He’s not thousands of years old, especially 10-12k.

Well, Wrathion for sure. I don’t think 50 years have passed since Cata.
I don’t see how Kalecgos could be 10-12k years old, if he’s described as young in BC. 10-12k would make him one of the oldest dragons alive.
He just reminds me of how people often would see me and think “oh hon are you eating? Cmere” since I just radiate “lost child” energy lol. Which made me giggle seeing the tuskar insist on him having some soup.

Confusing part we live through all of this except the true beginning and yet,here we are young. Just How old are we any ways? Are we the traveler now?
Wrathion was born sometime between the end of Cataclysm’s Act 1 and the start of Dragon Soul.
The questline in Badlands where you help Rhea cleanse a black egg is specifically Wrathion’s egg (meaning his mother is Nyxondra with an unknown father, Deathwing is actually his grandfather), then rogues starting the Fangs of the Father questline learn that the spies at Ravenholdt stole the egg, go to investigate, and find it had already hatched.

I wonder who these people think sent them on all of those fetch quests for the cloak in MoP then.
That post made me do a double take once I realized someone seriously thought they were from Legion XD
If there’s an age, or period of time that you don’t know for sure in WoW lore it’s safe to assume that the answer is "10,000 years.
If an elf is involved, it’s definitely 10,000. Threw us a real curve-ball with the Dracthyr. 20,000 years. When you think about it…

The only Wrathion / Legion thing was originally he was going to be Ebonhorn just in disguise. Blizz backed down from that and created the actual character Ebonhorn / Ebyssian
Kairozdormu would hold more blame for that actually he’s the Bronze Dragon who sent Garrosh to Draenor because either he was breaking his oath to maintain the true timeline or well WoD had to happen as part of the true timeline.
Legion would if anything be the fault of the Champion who freed Guldan and then proceeded to just let him escape.
BFA happened because well the Horde just didn’t trust the Alliance due to years of bad blood like in Legion the expansion before Genn Greymane disobeyed direct orders and attacked the Horde it was inevitable.

Even then. Wrathion went thru the “Oh god I was cringe” phase of puberty after that. He’s aware he messed up and is working to make up for that.

no this isn’t dnd he’s 12. not 500. not 1000. not 10000. not 12000. he’s 12. it’s been stated numerous times by the devs and writers that he’s 12.
At this point I could care less the age of a dragon he is older than wrathion.<statement . So I’m leaving this topic since no one is even reasons any more to discuss this but give a person to be bashed.
