I keep having the unfortunate mishap of logging in and checking and seeing they are on the map for only 2 minutes left – which means I missed the initial spawn.
The way I read it was that they last 2 hours and the next one starts 6 hours after the current one concludes. Which means an 8 hour rotation…
RIP to those with full-time jobs and family events… I mean they HAD to find a way to keep the masses from mindlessly farming mobs to get easy gear, but an 8 hour rotation is a bit much I think.
wow really? that’s awful…
Very much agreed.
I seriously hope they change that. That is outrageous.
Yeah it’s designed to make them once a day, in effect, at best, for most of the kinds of players who would be interested in doing them to begin with. It’s clearly intended to stretch out the timing of the grind without a hard timegate – it acts like a soft timegate, I guess, of max 3 a day, which is a low enough cap as it is. I guess I’d prefer them to spawn more often with a daily token cap than this one, because with this system it’s easy to miss it for several days depending on what the windows are and when you happen to play on any given day.
You should work for Blizzard. Didn’t seem like that was too hard to come up with.
